MRS. RAYMOND (MAY) HARTLEY

2012-2016

May has been an active member for five years.  Her eligibility is through her dad who served in the US Army for 26 years in the Korean and Vietnam wars, and also her husband who served in the US Army for 16 years.  She is the mother of three daughters and one son and Grandmother of three grandsons, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter.  She was born in Santa Cruz, CA and has lived in Monterey, CA; Austin, TX; Fort Wainwright, AK; Fort Hood, TX; Aschaffenburg, Germany; and Fort Knox, KY.  May moved to Covington, LA in September of 2001 as a District Manager for Mrs. Fields Cookies.  She retired in September of 2002.  In 2009, she joined the American Legion Auxiliary and has enjoyed it ever since.  As a member she has met a lot of nice people and is enjoying the great reward experiences promoting the Auxiliary's programs.
